6 Tips for Marketing Your Business

Your Marketing is one of the most critical components that all entrepreneurs have to come to grips with in your business.  Why? Because without it you will not be able to achieve your business goals.  People need to know that you exist, and if you don't market yourself how will they know? The answer is that they will not.  The truth is that many business owners try to avoid marketing themselves because it makes them feel uncomfortable just like selling does.  But when you shift your mindset and train your mind to see marketing in a totally different way it becomes easier.  Here's what I mean.  Stop looking at marketing as if you're begging folk to purchase your products and services.  Instead look at marketing as a vehicle that will bring awareness about who you are, and how you can help your prospective clients while providing them with the opportunity to change the trajectory of their life and business.  When you look at it from these lenses doesn't marketing seem more appealing? Absolutely!

Now with that being said let's get into the 6 Tips for Marketing your Business as follows:

​1.  M  - Make people aware of who you are, what you do, who you help, and why you do it through the multiple
            marketing channels (IG, Facebook, YouTube, Periscope, LinkedIn, and Pinterest).  You get the point.

2.  A  -  Always market yourself to get more eyeballs on your content so you can sell your products and services.

3.  R  -  Results and transformation is what your prospective clients will experience from your products and services.

4.  K  -  Keep being consistent in marketing yourself regardless of how you feel.  Marketing yourself is key.

5.  E  -  Execute your business goals always from a marketing plan.  You are most likely to achieve your business
            goals with a written plan.

6.  T  -  Tell your community, supporters, fans, followers, and audience to share and promote your videos, freebies,
            posts, podcast, and stories with others so you can reach more of your clients that desire the results you
            offer.

7.   I  -  Influence people with your marketing and brand message.  Your messages is what positions you in the
           minds of your prospective client as the ONLY solution.

8.  N -  Never compromise who you are.  Embrace your authentic self, and remember to sell with integrity.  Your
           products and services are not for everyone; therefore, do not sell them to everyone in order to generate
           income. 

9.  G -  Give, give, and then ask for the sale.  Be sure to give value and then give more value to your prospective
           client, and then ask for the sale.   Remember this, the what and why is FREE to give away, but the how is
           what you get PAID for.
